Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Lunch & More sind wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt auf der Suche nach einem / einer Mensa Koordinator/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit eine Kernarbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag ca. 06:30 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr.
Keine Wochenend-, Feiertags-, oder Schichtdienst
Ihre Aufgaben
· Einhaltung von geplanten Arbeitszeiten (Dienstplan; Urlaubsabbau)
· Erstellen eines Ferienplans bei Notbetreuung
· Verantwortung für HACCP Kontrollen (Personalhygiene, Umgang mit Lebensmittel, MHD, FI-FO) in Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätsmanagement und Betriebsleitung.
· Vorstellung- und Jahresgespräche gemeinsam mit der Betriebsleitung.
· Gestaltung von Sonder- Aktionsplänen
· Wöchentlicher Bericht aus den Einrichtungen im JF
· Unterstützung des Innendienstes bei Bestell- und Abrechnungssystem, sowie Monatsabschlüsse.
· Führen eines dezentralen Teams von ca. 40 Mitarbeitern
