Für unsere Betriebsstätte Spargelrestaurant Böser by better taste in Forst, suchen wir für die neue Spargelsaison (März-Juni) zuverlässige Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d), die Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen haben und gemeinsam mit uns einen harmonischen Aufenthalt für unsere Gäste gestalten.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entgegennahme von Reservierungen per Mail, telefonisch, über das Reservierungssystem oder persönlich
- Vorbereitungen im Gastraum für das Tagesgeschäft
- Gäste empfangen und platzieren
- Beschwerdemanagement
- Ansprechpartner für Wünsche und Anliegen unserer Gäste
